I am using the EasySocial users modules on the home page and in the right sidebar on other pages. After upgrading the EasySocial 3.1.4 all the links to the user profiles are broken because they are putting an id number in front of the users login.

Here are two pages where you can see this:
https://www.drcarney.com/
The module is titled "Recently Visiting Members"

https://www.drcarney.com/community/users
The module is titled "Recent Visits"

I have purged my zone cache at KeyCDN and I have cleared my Joomla cache.

Any ideas on how to remove those id's?

For example
https://www.drcarney.com/816-scarney
should be
https://www.drcarney.com/scarney

Actually this module is not the only place with this problem. It is happening on the peoples page.

For example: https://www.drcarney.com/community/users

All links to the user profiles are broken.

Thank you for your help.

Sean
Hey there,

in order to remove ID, you can just disable this setting as shown in the screenshot. https://take.ms/JCVMK

For your information, the reason it broke is because you didn't purge the SEF URL manually as previously the SEF URL stored your URL is without the ID.
