You can actually use the mod_easysocial_menu module to display the avatar and the name of the author actually.

Unfortunately I wasn't clear in my question, sorry.
The module you suggested is great, however, I'm looking for the module showing the Avatar and information of any user selected in admin.

So, for example - let's say admin needs to have 3 small modules on about us page. Each of those modules will have Avatar and name of the user selected in admin.

So, almost the same as you suggested with possibility to select any certain user/id
