Module Recent Photos - multiple the same images

Hello,
in the module "Recent Photos" there is from the same user the same image/file frequently (for 10 times)in the Frontend-View.
The problem is. that an event entry is on multiple days, so that the same image is listed for more than one time. Is it possible, to prevent, that the same image with the same fielname ist listed for more that one time? That would be very necessary, because it looks not so good in the frontend.

Since those are avatar and cover photos, perhaps you can exclude them from the photos module? http://take.ms/9bFkA
