hi
i have some little problem with my blog:
1) I can not insert a module in a post or template (see attachement)
2) How can you change the background color of a block?
3) comment insérer une google map dans un blog?

Thanks in advance.
Hi there,

1) I can not insert a module in a post or template (see attachement)

It seems that you i cannot access your backend using given access as you can see here http://take.ms/Q8UAp and it will be if you can provide us with your FTP access also.

2) How can you change the background color of a block?

Maybe you can try apply css codes below and see how it goes

#eb .eb-composer-placeholder {
background: #fb1919 !important;
}

3) comment insérer une google map dans un blog?

May i know how exactly you insert your google maps?

Please advice.

Hi there,

It seems that we required your FTP access for further check on this issues.

For locations thing, currently, we dont have that kind of feature to add location in the blog post itself, as based on those image you shown, all of them are only text blocks, you only can type them on the blocks itself. But i would advice you to use this instead http://take.ms/Q3bxc, as this will append you locations below your blog post.

Please advice.

Thanks for getting back to us, i think this will won't work, since you already tried it show the broken layout on the page after you changed.

I will consult with our developer regarding this tomorrow how to turn on the development mode in order to troubleshoot this javascript issue.

Hi there,

After our developer checked this issues, it seems that there are issues if there are too many modules on your site. I have created this ticket internally and this issues will be fixed on our next release version. By the way, our developer have made some fixes on your site and it should works as it should now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes

hi,
I know that I have too many modukes for the moment, I make tests on several products ...
The modification works and I can now insert modules into the posts. Thank you

For the loaction i have a little question. in the documentation i find:

"Displaying Map On Blogpost

To make the map appear on your blogpost, you'll need to enable this option Show Post Map. Navigate to EasyBlog > Settings > Layout > Post Options and set Show Post Map to Yes and you're good to go."

but in my version i haven't an "post option", so where to find the "Show Post Map" option?

Thanks
Jeff

Hi there,

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Actually, we are in the midst of updating our documentations and those sections still not updated yet.

Currently, those settings already migrated under Settings>View>Entry Layout as shown http://take.ms/AfBZM. Please give it a check and see how it goes

Hi there,

Have you enabled all these API's http://take.ms/ymUBu yet? If yes, it would be best of you can provide us with your Google API access credentials or provide me admin permission on this email, warith@stackideas.com

Please advice
