It seems like this "featured events" module is under Easysocial Event module.

And I checked in your site, it seems like your site haven't have create any event in your Easysocial yet.

So this event module will not appear if that is empty event from your site.

Can you give it a try create a new event and see is it appear this module on your Easysocial dashboard page after the stream content?
