Hello SI Support,

1. Please add styling to the es-dashboard aside module positions. Would look best in same style as right module position as it is working in vanilla template too.

2. If i switch from es-dashboard-aside to module position left, it does not show the module at all. Is this position not working?

Thank you and best regards, Macjoomla
Hi there,

Thanks for reporting this issue in. Answering your questions,

> 1. Please add styling to the es-dashboard aside module positions.

It seems the styling is missing on this module position. I've created ticket internally for our designers. It will be fixed in the next release.

I believe this module position is not available in the default setting of the template. If you would require this module position, you may customize it from the template settings. Navigate to backend > Extensions > Templates > Infinity > Template Options > Layout Builder > Main body.

In Backend infinity is thinking, this position would be available, as you can see in screenshot

Hi there,

Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the module position [left], actually the module position is available but there is no layout for it. You'll need to create the layout for the module position first before it can be displayed on your site.

We would like to give our customer the ability to modify and customize the template, therefore the module position [left] is available in this template.

Hope this help.

This issue is already resolved internally but I cannot help but notice that you have an expired license on November 28th 2019 but your site runs on the latest version of EasySocial 3.2.8. Are you running an unlicensed copy?

If you are running on an unlicensed copy, may I know where did you download it from?

Hello Mark, thank you for your answer and no, this is not an unofficial copy, but i have another valid account at stackideas. I would never trust an unofficial copy. If you have already resolved the issue with the template, when are you going to publish it?

Thanks for updating us on this. We will be pushing a new update for Infinity template soon once we address several other remaining issues in the queue.

By the way, may I know which account is this?
