Hello Dennis,

The documentation for wanderers is currently only available at http://wanderers.stackideas.com and you should see it in the menu.

HI Mark, I think what Lewis is referring to is that there are no images on this documentation page: http://wanderers.stackideas.com/documentation/module-positions

I would like to thank the support team, Bravo to your efficiency.

I realized after starting my request for support, you do have a big team behind.

I am first greeted by Mark, I responded to Mark. Then Izzan Akmal and I responded to Izzan Akmal. Then Ethan Quek so I responded to Ethan Quek. Latest is Arlex Wong, Wow so I derived I need to reconstruct what I need hopefully with a single email.

Now I stop repeating what I initially wanted and wish to have a backup script.

I would like to explain, I realized this is a good team to entrust my venture with and I purchased a Pro package with the understanding what else can go wrong? StackIdeas is a solid team which will be supporting me, can I be wrong? Good job StackIdeas

I confidently requested my community to go ahead sharing on my site although the template is broken here and there, again I do not suppose any part will go wrong with a solid team supporting me.

To compare with other software house is an understatement, it only took StackIdeas 4 days to realize their pictorial link is broken. I have seen worse. Good job StackIdeas

I am now willing to trial and error on my own with whatever I have, My latest request to Arlex is only to know what files should I backup in order I can restore at any point my users ID and passwords, their contributions and conversation on my site? I hope my request is simple and to the point? Please let me know if you still do not get what I needed, sorry for my bad sentences, my apologies up front.

I will be most patient, I believe my benefits last 12 months and I should be able to produce a decent site on my own before it ends.

Thank you again StackIdeas for a great application and of cos the great team contributing to it's success

I salute you guys Thanks.

Dear Arlex, your quick response and team effort is most appreciated.

I would like to clarify, from my attached, I was fascinated by your Easysocial site, it's layout and workflow all with your Wanderers Template. Good Job team

I look at mine and I am certain it is far from what you have, my bad that I am unable to reproduce to my expectation.

So I provided my back-end super admin access hoping I can at least get my site supported via my Pro subscription.

I do acknowledge your team's recommendation to upgrade my subscription but I really hope to resolve one site before I I venture to 5 domains. My apologies for not obligating to your suggestion. I am so so sorry.

I understand you had provided screenshots to the possibility how to do it myself, I promise I will find time from my busy schedule to do so. Yet another apology.

For now I am willing to take your advise and find time to follow your screenshots and guides and had told my users to stop using the site.

My apologies that at least one user had neglected my advise and I do not want to be rude deleting her posts

I am hoping in my venture to make good what I had purchased, can your team guide me to what I should backup in case I damaged the site.

Your advise and guidance will be most appreciated.

Thank you Stackideas for your generous support

I take full responsibility for the failure in communicating my intend, a thousand apologies for any inconveniences caused

Hi Lewis Teo,

Thanks for getting back to us,

Firstly, I'm really apologizes that can't get your point correctly in your previous email

You actually no need backup any file from your site is because all the user data is stored in your database.
In other word, you need to backup all the table from your current site database or you can export all the table to .sql format. Check my screenshot below.

After you done with your own testing or configure to use another template in your site, you can import back this original data in your current database. Hope this time will help you much here.

Hi guys,

Thank you for pointing out the page. I sincerely apologise, we did some changes on our sites (particularly the docs) and there are some links that are actually broken. I'm currently fixing the images as we speak, it should be available once I am done with the editing.

Again, I apologize for the issue. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding!
