May i know how exactly you set it those module's titles? It would be best if you can provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues.

sorry I can't give access to my page so far...
But you can see it on my website http://www.hackisan.de.
If you change the language to German then the most popular post module on the right side is still English though I changed the language of the module into German.
You still see "Hits" and "Read More" instead of "Aufrufe" and "Weiterlesen".

on your screenshot you can see the language is German but on the right side below "Beliebteste Blog-Einträge" you can read the English words "Hits" and "Read More" but it must be the German words "Aufrufe" and "Weiterlesen" like you can see on the right side down below.
