Module: EasySocial Log Box

I included on the main page of my template the EasySocial Log Box module.
I also set under module manager the registration profile to registered user.

Now:
I cannot redirect to ES when submitting information.
And also the following error appears (see image).

Sorry for late reply to this,
It seems like that error message mean that some of the file is missing, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look at this issues here? May i know how can i reproduce this error message from your site? Perhaps provide us some of the step how to reproduce this. Please advise.
