Easyblog do not control how it will look like on facebook, instead it use facebook api to send the content. You could try and set your image aspect ratio to 1.91:1 to display a wider image like in the attachment you gave.

For the blog image you could set it in backend > easyblog > themes > blog image > frontpage and for the pictures in your content you will have to set it when upload. If this doesn't work could I please have your facebook access and your backend access to figure out the exact ration nor is it possible to do so on facebook.
