Modify Css only for mobile site

Hi,
I have problems viewing my blog on mobile devices.
I use , for every page, the modules HG Static Content Module, style Default, to show a single image.
On the Desktop site all is ok, as you can see, on mobile site the image is not displayed well. I noticed that, in .css, setting the background from min-height: 300px; to min-height: auto; the problem is solved on the mobile site while it doesn't see well on the desktop site.
How can I change the properties of the background only for the mobile?

Actually that is not Easyblog issue and the module is not come with Easyblog, perhaps you can consult with this module developer regarding this image responsive issue?
