Moderator permission

I want to be able to give Moderators access to the "comment" box below each post on the forum and at the moment i cant do that for some reason despite what I think have granted permission to do so , but obviously not.
The group level I want this permission to go to is Author Regional Admin group.
Could you help out please

Yes thank you very much that's worked I didn't realize the ACL tab was short for reason.

Also may I ask that I cant use the Quote tab in someone post. You know when you want to use there post as a reference, to what you are saying?

Hey Garry,

The "Quote" feature only works with bbcode currently It doesn't work on WYSIWYG editor as I noticed that you have configured EasyDiscuss to use WYSIWYG editor on your site.
