Moderator of category cannost see post

Hello,

I have set - Private posting "Yes" in the backend

When user create new question/discussion and posts private post (he checks the box to have it private), he can se his own post - right!
Joomla SuperAdmin can see that post also - OK
Moderator of category, where the post is listed cannot see the post and gets 404 error - weird. He can see the post in the category view (just its title, user who has written that post etc.), but he gets this error after he clicks the question title and try to read the question - so when tries to moderate that post!

hey pavel,
could you provide us with your site details and ftp access so that we can check this on your site directly?
you can fill them into the "site details" tab that you can see below the editor box when you're writing a post / reply here.

Hello mohdyasseribz,

U just try to access my back-end, and there is no problem for me.. If you are forbidden to access back-end, I do not know, what to do, as I did not set any perrmission denied for login details.

Please, remember I gave you two sets of login details - the one i provided in custom fileds was for superadmin, second in the note under was for moderator (and moderators propably have no access to backend) - it was just for you to see that moderators cannot see private posts in the category they should have access to.

Hello Pavel,

I suspected that your server have block some IP addresses. Can you add our IP address into your white list so that we can access your site and helps you fix this issue. Our IP address is 110.159.250.252 .

Oh, I see - I am so sorry I did not recognize there was Akeeba Admin Tools installed - so maybe that was a problem.

I deactivate this plugin so now it should be accessible.

Hello Pavel,

I am sorry but it seems like we still cannot access your administrator site. Can you contact your hosting provider and ask them if they have any security rules that might be the cause of the blocking. It is most likely because your hosting provider has a security module installed. Can you update us back what do your hosting provider response so that we can continue fixing this issue.

Hello,

I will have to move (copy) site to my provider who does not block IP from different region, I will tell you as soon as I will do that. (Actual server is not mine, my client owns it and there is no way to change access..)

Can I help you by Debug log before I finish moving? (I will append that to Optional information)

it seems like you provided that debug log is not helpful here.

Okay, keep us updated then when your site finish moving. Actually I have tried to reproduce in your issues, it seems like the discussion post is able to access without hitting any 404 error. Can you guide us again how to reproduce this issues in your frontend? Please advise.

yep. you can access this post when you are logged as super user, but not if you are logged as moderator of that category.

I have sent two sets of login details, one set for super user, second one for demo-user who is moderator of that category. Second one (user d-ip) will not access private post however he should (becouse he is moderator)

Now, I am trying to transfer whole site to my demo server where should not be a problem with access to back-end.
