Moderator and Administrator get Unsubscribe link in mail and registrered users don't

I found something strange. If users are getting notifications via email that someone has reacted there is no Unsubscribe link in the email. When I as a moderator receive the same email I do have a Unsubscribe link at the bottom and also a manage subscriptions link.

Where can I change this so the registered users also have a subscribe link in the email?

Hi there,

Those link should shown when that specific user subscribe to one of your subscriptions list on the site. Maybe you can provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.

Maybe those registered user, not subscribed to your post/site/category, as in the emails stated as you can see below

This email was sent to you, because you have subscribed to the discussion.
To unsubscribe, please click here. Manage subscriptions.


Only, subscriber, will get these kind of subscribe link. Maybe you can check those user whether those user subscribed or not. Please advice.
