Moderation Front End Screen for Moderators?

Can you have the Under Moderation screen be used by a non administrator on the front end for users that have the moderator privledge?

You can allow other usergroups to moderate EasyDiscuss posts in the frontend by enabling this ACL in the respective user groups: http://take.ms/3NwGa9
