I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. These are all controlled in the ACL of the profile types. Go to Profile Types > Click on the profile type and under the ACL section, you'll find settings for event and groups

Yes i have looked for groups and i dont see the option to disable moderation. I did it for events but nothing shows for groups.

I found it sorry about that guys. Another question. If I dont have adsense on my site, can users still install their own adsense on their profiles and blogs?

Yes, as long as you configure EasyBlog to allow that to happen
