Hello,
I am using the latest versions of Joomla, K2, Komento, and EasyDiscuss. When I create and save a new category it says that it was saved successfully but I also get the error: Model class easydiscussModelCategory not found in file

I would appreciate your help in fixing this. Thank you.
Karen

Hello Karen,

I've checked your issue and seems like it came from System - K2 plugin. I've tried to disable the plugin and the error is disappear. You might want to consult with the K2 developer about this.

No help at K2. Is this going to break anything? I'm surprised that this extension isn't compatible with K2 since it is so widely used with Joomla. I need to be able to use K2. Help!

Hello Karen,

K2's plugin are resetting the model's path but you really can just ignore this error message as it really doesn't do any harm on the site.

No worries Karen! Though I too find it annoying that their system plugin is trying to add these paths into the model even if it's not their extension view.
