mod_easyblogtagcloud not shuffling correctly

When Shuffle Tags set to "Yes" and Ordering by "Post Count" the module tags do not shuffle. They are ordering - either descending or ascending - correctly - just not shuffling. When Shuffle Tags set to "Yes" and Ordering by "Title" the module tags shuffle just fine.
Hey Keith,

This issue has already been fixed internally and we'll be releasing 5.0.17 to address this. If you can't wait, I guess I could manually patch this for you first.

By right the shuffling should be working now. Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?
