Hi guys.
I've created a module using the mod_easyblogshowcase. In my module, I've instructed it to display "latest posts". However, in this, it is including featured posts and prioritising these over any latest posts. This I believe is incorrect, as it should only be showing "latest posts". If I were to select the show "featured posts" then this would be correct.
Can you please confirm?
Dave
Hi Dave,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Perhaps you can try to refer on modification here, http://stackideas.com/forums/easyblog-showcase-module-display-problem and see how it goes.

hey Dave,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

By default, it will still show featured post in showcase module unless you set display `featured post` only.

Hope this help.

Hi Arlex.
I understand that the module should still include those, but only in the context of date ordering. On my site, with the setting set as "Latest Posts", I am seeing any post that is featured being prioritised, by which I mean the ordering is not starting from latest posts working backwards.
To see an example of what I am talking about please visit https://it-advice.guru/latest-featured-posts and scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will see that the ordering of the posts starts at 30/7. The first 9 posts are all featured posts, with the last post being the most recent post on the site. Those first 9 posts which appear are all posts which are "featured" within the EB system. This surely should not be the case when the module is set to display "Latest Posts".
