Hi,

There are some bugs I encountered when using the easybloglatestblogs module.

1. I already set the content type to intro text and the total characters to 150 but it still shows the whole content.

2. I already set under videos tab to show video but the video in my post is still not showing.

I attached a file with the screenshots. Please check.

Can you try download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\modules\modules.php and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Hi,

The truncation is now working but the embedded video is still not showing. Also may I know what you did on the module.php file?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. The video will only show if your blog post type is video hence the settings is not applicable for standard post even inside the post contains a video block, http://screencast.com/t/6tdKCL1TB . Hi,

Just to let you know, these are legacy post, or post that were created from old version of easyblog. Can you show me how can change this post to a video type post?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Even if the post is a legacy post, it will not display the video unless the video is posted via the quick post form. This exhibits the same behavior as EasyBlog 3.9.x or older. We never display videos in the latest blogs module
