It seem, that the Mobile Web Template and the Buttons, does not work properly on Windows Mobiles.
I tried with Windows Mobile, Lumia 650, Windows 10, Browsers : Opera Mini, Edge, Maxthon and Surfy.

Can you please elaborate more on this please? I don't have a mobile device currently but if you could provide us with a screen shot of the problem, that would be most appreciated.

it seem, that the buttons does not appear as popup, but as popunder!
you can pull the page a little bit down and see the buttons under the stream

the same behavior appears by tapping on the menu buttons (left and right) on the top bar

Can you add again with my current IP address 175.139.129.134 into your server whitelist?

By the way, may i know is it possible temporary disable this IP restriction so I can access your site when I at home or office at the same time?

I can access your site now, can you also recheck again with your Joomla backend login credentials? Because I was unable to access.

Regarding with your main issue, do you mean when you click on the left menu icon, that pop up will not show correctly?

yes you are actually not activated, because there is actually no need to login in my backend.

the error appears on your easysocial.stackideas.com too.
that means it is not a local problem only on my site.

Thanks Elias, it seems like only happen on the Windows phone + Edge browser, I already pass this issue to our designer and check on this, I will update you once we figure out the better solution of this.

UPDATE:
Mobile Template - now 2.0.4 - is still not working on windows mobile with edge.
installed the update and tested on my and on your demo site.
on your mobile demo there are no quick logins - therefore i tried to use your backend demo and changed the password from demouser to "demo" - it worked and i logged in with demo/demo on your mobile demo.

the issue still appears on your site too.
your mobile demo has no menu on the left corner and it seem that you removed the extra toolbar module which worked on your demo. The menu on the right corner does not work.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've checked on our Easysocial demo site, it seems like our demo site still haven't update to latest version of Easysocial 2.0.14 and mobile template 2.0.4 yet.

May i know your site is it already update to latest version of Easysocial 2.0.14 + mobile template 2.0.4?

If yes, can you try clear your mobile browser cache and Joomla cache then re-check again the left and right corner menu is it can appear?

If the issue still persists, can you provide us some of the screenshot so we can better have a check? Because currently we use the desktop Edge browser emulation tool to replicate this issue, but not really sure is it same standard with the Windows mobile edge browser, since last time I can replicate the issue on desktop Edge browser emulation tool and already applied the fix in latest version of Easysocial + mobile template.
