Hi,

Upgrade to Joomla 4 went well but Mobile Web Template give a blank red page when viewing in mobile devices.

Any idea what went wrong?

This issue occurred because you have disabled the Easydiscuss menu item from the backend. (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/KhPCMy9jVbWOAk8695kcoI2jJI56sY )

May I know what is the reason you want to disable this menu?

If you do not want to show this Easydiscuss menu item on the frontend, I suggest you turn off this "Display in Menu" setting from this menu item. (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/FMSdio8MFe1OwrWaG1oMqdIts02j79 )

I have uninstalled EasyDiscuss but the issue is still there.

May I know what is the reason you want to disable this menu?

I deleted all the menu when trying to figure out the issue here;

I will reinstall EasyDiscuss when we solve the issues above.

I see, it seems like those forum post you shared is not related to the Easydiscuss extension.

Anyway, I've tried to re-activate the "System - EasySocial Mobile" this plugin and test again the mobile layout, it seems fine for me, perhaps you can give it a check again?

By the way, I've deactivated this plugin again on your site for now.

Hi Arlex,

I can see from your screenshot you're testing it from pc browser.
In phone the error is still there.

I've clear all browsers cache and using different ISP, same results.

I see, it seems like that is a different error when I view the homepage as a guest user on mobile.

I've applied some fixes to your site regarding this file JoomlaFolder/templates/esmobile/index.php, it should work fine now, can you give it a check again?
