Mobile Web Template - difficulties

Hi, I am having a great deal of problem with the Mobile Web Template.

It appears to be installed correctly but I cannot figure out how to make it look like the demo screenshot on a mobile screen. I have attached the demo screen and a screenshot of site from my phone. Apologies in advance if I have missed documentation, I looked quite thoroughly but am a beginner with ES.

If it is easier, I will request a quote for customization to get it fixed

Hi Tom,

Seems like out screenshot in the mobile template appstore was shows old layout, where the correct layout was like shown: http://take.ms/mXu54X
Sorry for that, I've inform our person in charge to update the screenshots.
