Currently, you should not be able to see conversekit icons if you are using Easysocial Mobile template. It will be automatically linked with Easysocial's conversations and conversekit.

Maybe you can check your FTP access for us as currently, i cannot access to your FTP currently so that i can apply those necessary fixes to your site. Please advice.

Please user the Joomla Admin login provided and use the extension "ExtPlorer" to go into the files to make changes.

I am using the latest Easysocial, the latest Web Mobile Template and the latest Conversekit, why is it there are still manual code changes needed?

Actually, this issues just reported by one of our customers and it is not included on latest release. We will included them on our next release version. Thanks for your understanding.

Actually, we still not included them on our latest version currently Here are i attached those fixes. You can apply them at this path plugins/system/conversekit/templates/default.php

Please give it a try and see how it goes. Conversekit will merge with Mobile' conversation.
