When you say mobile version, it will depend on the template you are using for your Joomla site, and the Joomla version makes a big difference.

For a reflexive mobile ready version of a site that uses should be using the following

1. If you are building a new site - I would recommend using - Joomla 3.2.3
2. Find a good mobile ready template or reflexive template. There are a number of template providers that make mobile ready Joomla templates, and some template providers make their templates to be compatible with StackIdeas Extensions.

By default, the themes in EasyDiscuss and EasySocial are already responsive It should work out of the box.
