For eveyone thinking about going for this ES, EB software in combination with mobile Andoid and iOS apps, think twice.

As my ES subscription has ended, I can not reply anymore in the original Mobile app thread, hopefully Stackideas has the decency to add this post of mine in that thread.

I invested 6 months of time, energy and money in ES, EB and the appcarvers app.
Many hours of testing and bugreporting led to a current app version that still is loaded with bugs, the same and new since we started 6 months ago. You just can not go live with this as users will be dissatisfied.

I am also totally dissatisfied about this. Also, not being able to post in the ES forum and being urged to buy another subscription is very annoying.

After investing over USD 700 in this ES/EB/mobile app software of StackIdeas and AppCarvers,
and over 100+ hours invested in testing and bughunting, my conclusion is it is better to abort the project.

I requested the source code from AppCarvers for the iOS and Android app.

Good luck with your business and be careful not to make the same mistake I did; do not think or expect this software combination is ready for the market, it simply is not.
Hey Wes,

I think it is very unfair of you to post such a message. EasySocial / EasyBlog is provided by us as a web app and it is sold as is. We have never created any mobile app and App Carver is only providing a solution that doesn't exist.

If you are having troubles with the app, I really do think that you should bring this up with them. Nevertheless, I will definitely bring this up with the guys at App Carvers.

hi mark, did you know that we are live in a Mobile World? only a view people use a well working web app these days. most of the people are going online with there Smartphones and Tablets and thats the future!

i just tried again your Easyblog Composer Demo with iPhone 5/6 and sorry to say but it was a deep disappointment!

i think your team should be more concentrate on develop native mobile app solutions for ES,ED and EB instead to put all your energy in the web software. if not i'm sure you will loose this game.

@wes1 thanks for your warning about AppCarvers and Easyblog

Glad to hear I think the native mobile application made by Stackideas is inevitable and indispensable. Bright prospects forthcoming...

I'm also very interested in this too. It would have been great if there is a reliable mobile phone app for easysocial and Easydiscuss.

We are actually working on something interesting on EasySocial 2.0, it's not a native mobile app but it's definitely going to work and look much better on mobile devices.
