1. The ConverseKit icon is located above the bottom menu

Yep, in the next release, the chat button would be integrated with the chat button from the mobile template. This way, you don't have redundant links.

2a. Joomla articles can not be found in the menu
2 B. Alternate menu so that all pages can be visited

The concept of the mobile template is for your user's to access the functionality in EasySocial without throwing everything to your user's device. We are considering adding additional menu's in the "menu" menu.
