Mobile template query

Hello,

Our ES mobile template does not respect our joomla session handler. Users logged in via mobile browser are prompted to login again after 10-15 mins.

Kindly assist and this causing some complaints

Hi there,

I tested this on mobile and seems to works fine without any issues as you can see attached files(in 20 minutes time). Do note that i didnt close my apps(Safari) and just left it like that. May i know that your users closed them? If yes, it should logged you out and required you to log-in again.

Please advice.

Hmm,

I am not sure why. I also seem to notice this primarily happens on the safari browser.
