I have consulted with hosting company, and there is no server caching. With wider testing, some users will see the mobile icon, and others will not. On my end, i still cannot see the mobile icon, i still see the icon in the screenshot previously attached. Can you please look into this further.

May I know which app browser that you're using? I've tried chrome on my phone and my colleague's (xiaomi redmi note 3 and google pixel) seems it was shows fine.
And have you try to clear your mobile browser cache?

Yes, i have cleared browser cache to no avail.

This is currently not possible. You can only able to add this mobile shortcut icon through the browser app setting, but not adding the shortcut directly by javascript.
