Hi Guys.
I've been alerted to the fact that when viewing my website on a mobile device, that ES is "broken". Having checked it myself, I can confirm this. ES doesn't become responsive as I've seen in previous versions. To ensure it's not something I've done, I have turned off Pagespeed, and disabled Cloudflare. I've also removed all customisations I did. I'm using the Joomshaper Revibe template. I have tried switching to a built in template to see if it was the Joomshaper template causing the issue, but I experienced the same issues.
Is this a known issue?
Dave
Sorry, please try this instead

Hi.
Ok... after reading through some posts on here, I now see why when viewing the website on a browser it won't automatically resize ES to make it responsive without changing the Agent.
However...
See the attached screenshot. This was taken using Firefox on a HTC One A9. As you can see, ES is not being responsive. On the same phone using Android's Google, it works! So maybe this is an issue with Mobile Firefox? Currently using Android V 49.0.2 (Rel. October 20 2016).
Hope that helps.

Hello Dave,

Hm, this is most likely because the user agent isn't being detected for Firefox on HTC One. Could you please provide me with the result when you access https://veeaarr.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&debug=1 with your mobile device and Firefox?

Hi Mark.
The returned string is:

Mozilla/5.0 (Android 6.0.1; Mobile; rv:49.0) Gecko/49.0 Firefox/49.0

Does that help?

Hello Dave,

I see, I think the Mozilla/5.0 in front seems to be messing with the detection. Can you download the attached file below and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/responsive/ ?
