Mobile problem after press “...” button in User Profile

Hello.
I gain problem after:
1) navigate to my profile (in mobile)
2) press “...”
Result: some stream elements (dropdown button and verify icon) display in top. Screen attached.

Can you please look at it?

Hello. I used iphone 6 with Safari. Seems it's random issue and I can't replicate it at tent too.
