Hello,

The mobile menu isn't displaying on iPhones and iPads.

I will appreciate your help.

Cheers!
Hello Michael,

I am not sure where you insert the codes, but for the toolbar issues you will need to insert the css codes below into /media/jui/css/bootstrap-extended.css
body div#fd.es .es-toolbar .es-toolbar-wrap > .fd-nav > li {
float: left;
}

Hi Michael,

I am sorry. I can't access your site.
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet

By the way, may I know which ES version you're using currently? If it is an older version, can you please update it to the latest?
Please advise.

Hi Michael,

I am sorry, but I still can't login to your site. Perhaps you haven't activate our access yet.
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

By the way, I believe this issue is mostly because of your responsive template which hides the menu when displaying in narrow/mobile view.

Please advise.

I've provided new backend details.

I've not changed my existing template which has never presented such issues in the past so I doubt that. Hopefull you should be able to access the backend now.

Hi Mark.

Sorry for getting back so late. Was down with a flu. FTP details provided below.

Also, when a user enters a wrong passwords , they get error message as per attached image, and not a prompt advising of incorrect username or password. Kindly look into this too.

Cheers!

Hello Michael,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I can't seem to login to your back end and the reason that you are getting that error is because Joomla is unable to write to the log file for invalid login attempts. You can disable the Joomla plugin "System - User Log" if you want to disable logging.
