Hello,

Happy new years stack team!

I have a small issue on my site, specifically on mobile. In the past, if a user ticked off "remember me" they would auto login to my site when visiting (an auto refresh would occur and then they would be logged in). Now, this does not occur. What occurs is the page reloads but they remain logged out. When attempting to click the pad lock from https://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com nothing happens and it appears as if the padlock is broken. Clicking to a different page on the site then corrects this issue.

Thanks in advance for your help
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Are you updating your site today? Because when i tried to access your site, it seems like it only show blank page.

Hi there,

In the past, if a user ticked off "remember me" they would auto login to my site when visiting (an auto refresh would occur and then they would be logged in).

May i know how exactly you replicate this? It seems that it does not auto refresh on my end currently. Please advice.

When attempting to click the pad lock from https://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com nothing happens and it appears as if the padlock is broken. Clicking to a different page on the site then corrects this issue.

It seems that i can replicate this when JCH are enabled. When i turned it off, it is working fine on my as i can click on the padlock button once i am logged. I have left it disabled currently, please give it a try and see how it goes.

Please advice.

Hi,

Thanks for finding the issue. Do you know which files I can create exceptions for in JCH to avoid this issue?

Sorry for the delayed response.

That fix seems to have corrected the issue, thanks for that!

One small thing, in the past, if a user had their info saved, the site automatically logged them in but in no longer does this. Was this changed recently?

Thanks

Honestly, i am not really sure what you meant here actually. Did you meant based on Social account or normal sign in? It would be best if you can provide us with more details for to check them.

Please advice.

Hi,

So in the past, if I had "remember me" or was signed into my social account and didn't visit vghl for days, the site would automatically sign me back in once I came back. The page would load and then reload again and sign me in automatically. On mobile, the page does this reload still but I do not get auto signed in.

Thanks

Hi there,

We are going to release an update for our docker's plugin. There are some fixes we have done similar to your issues currently. Can we have your permission to update on your site for further check on this issues. Please advice.

Yes, please go ahead.

While you're in docker, one other issue is that the quick post is missing most of the options in mobile view such as broadcast, create event etc. I can create a new ticket if you'd like .

Thanks!

Hi there,

After consulting this with our developer, those fixes is not done on the docker itself but on the Easysocial itself. We actually have released an update for our Easysocial components. Maybe you can try to update/upgrade them and see whether those issues already persisted or not.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Hi,

Update:

Before updating ES, the changes you did seemed to allow the auto login to work. After updating ES, the auto login stopped working.

Thanks

Hey Fidel,

We realised this following error caused this Facebook auto login issue.

Uncaught Error: invalid version specified in sdk.js

This error coming from jfbconnect which specified the invalid versioning, i already temporary disabled jfbconnect plugins from your site, can you try clear your mobile browser cache and see how it goes?

Make sure you have re-login your Facebook on your mobile browser.
