Yes, it seems like the word in the line (I believe it is like in russia language) is too long cause the padding.
I have logged this into our issue tracker and our developer will take a look on this.

Perhaps, can you reduce the font size so that it will fit in smaller device

Thanks. I redused font size from 16 to 13 (as default) and it fixed problem on iphone 6

.es-comment-item-meta {font-size: 13px !important;}

but not 100%. Because in russia word is a little bit longer. And it still horizontal scroll bar and padding.
I can see that my site display "1 reaction" but demo site sometimes display "1 *" (* = thumb up)?

But it doesnt helped with iphone 5/SE and iphone 4 for example. I can see horizontal scroll bar and some padding at right site of the page. Something similar I can see on demo site (screen attached).
And I'm not sure that it caused by "reaction button + reaction stats + date" line.

Problem appear only in stream; video-page with comment, etc. Non-ES pages displays normal.

Regarding the spacing appear it is a known issue if stream feed have comment and this issue will be fixed in the next release.
And the icon reaction will only display in desktop (larger screen) as for mobile, it will shows as current behavior..

Sorry for that, as previous issue is happened on iPhone5/SE (according to the test case that has been logged in the issue tracker). Perhaps, we overlooked it for smaller resolution/screen mobile such as iPhone4.
I have logged this issue for a smaller mobile screen resolution.
