This is a default behavior where there are no sidebar for profile page in mobile view. You can check with Joomla's default template 'protostar' and its the same(http://take.ms/5uxJb).

One of the reason we removed the sidebar from profile page is because there are no more sidebar filters in the profile page(http://take.ms/MMwTa).
