I think the problem is because of the Smart Search table in Joomla because it is full I have tried to clear the cache in Smart Search and re-index the items again and it still seem to be hitting this error in Smart Search.

I tried searching for a resolution and found quite a number of users having such issues and it is due to the limitation that is set by the hosting company,
