Actually you already reported the missing language translation for these language constants in this post: https://stackideas.com/forums/missing-translations-1
We have already added the translation into the language file which will be included in the next release.
In the meantime, you can try using these translations:

APP_EVENT_PHOTOS_NOTIFICATIONS_LIKES_YOUR_PHOTO_SHARED_ON_THE_STREAM_SINGULAR="{b}%1$s{/b} liked your photos shared in {b}%2$s{/b}"

APP_EVENT_PHOTOS_NOTIFICATIONS_LIKES_YOUR_PHOTO_SHARED_ON_THE_STREAM_PLURAL="{b}%1$s{/b} liked your photos shared in {b}%2$s{/b}"
