Missing Timezone in users profile

It seems to be that it is missing Europe\Iceland or Europe\Reykjavík as timezone for users profile. How can one add it?

Hm, do you have these countries in your Joomla date time? We are using the same method as Joomla does actually.

Sorry found it under atlantic not europe.
