Missing icon when in FF

Hi,

When using ff, I noticed missing icon when I published the EasyDiscuss - Categories module. It looks normal when unpublished. See attached file.
Also looks normal in Chrome n IE.

How to fix this?

Hello Syabab ,

It seems like the icon work fine for me, can you try clear your browser and Joomla cache and see how it goes? Please advise.
