Missing CSS

Hi,

I have updated to the latest version of Easy Social and it seems to be missing the CSS file.

Not sure what to do, i have uninstalled ES then reinstalled without any luck.

UPDATE: It seems there is some conflict with the theme i am using, if i load a Joomla default theme the CSS loads just fine. How could this effect the styling?
Any ideas?

Hello Alex,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, the file that I noticed are overriden at /templates/legend_j3/html/com_easysocial/styles/style.css and upon inspecting the overriden style, it looks like it's trying to use #es-wrap which no longer exists on EasySocial 1.2. It now uses div#fd.es instead.

By the way, there seems to be some nasty redirection going on and I believe it's because you have set the "EasySocial - Dashboard" menu as "Special" so I can never access the Social section unless I am logged in (Not sure if you are aware of this).

Thanks for the heads up, so i need to contact the theme creator, correct?

Also regarding the redirect, how you do you mean. Where is it redirecting? i have just set the menu to special while i get the issue fixed

Hello Alex,

I don't think it has anything related to the theme creator. If you customized it in /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_easysocial/ your css selectors needs to be updated because when I saw the codes earlier, those css selectors were meant for version 1.1.6

What I meant was if I am viewing http://www.xboxhive.co.uk/social-hub/ as a guest, I get an infinite loop and that's probably because of the "Special Access"

that was the theme creator who added the files, i have removed them

Off-topic, where do i turn off user logged into site stream item?

Ah, I see. You can turn that off in the "Users - Users" application
