Missing buttons?

I tried to add a link in to the tekst (backend) (did it manual allready) but it seems the link isn't oke and whitout it I can't add a link from the editor using this tool. In the fronted this is not a problem.

Probably an line hickup or something like that, problem could not be repeated after trying hours later
