missing avatar image error for Sobipro entry

Hi

I have two issues/queries regarding appearance of Sobipro entry in Easysocial.

1. large white space in the recent update
I noticed that sobipro entry is causing a massive blank space in the recent updates. ( see attached )
It looks like non existed image is a cause.
i.e) http://88.150.140.238/~a00000dr/dev/media/com_easysocial/photos/19/42/test1006-5_large.png

Although I have uploaded avatar & landscape image for this user, I still got the same error when I saved a new entry. ( see attached )
Is it something caused by Sobipro or Easysocial?

2. Why sobipro entry is appearing as es-stream-full rather than mini?
Am I able to change it to mini via easysocial? or do I have to ask Sobipro or EDir?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. I can access your FTP now.

After some moment of checking, it seems like the image is not generated by our components. To be honest the apps is not write by ours. Perhaps you can get in touch with Sobipro tech team as they know best about their components and apps. Hope you understand.

Thanks, regarding the missing image, I have asked Sobipro, waiting for their response now.

How about my second query? Does it also have to go to Sibipro?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here.

Ah I am sorry I've missed your second inquiry. I've checked the code and the stream is determined by the sobipro apps itself. Unfortunately this is not our control as the stream is determined by the apps itself. Perhaps you can consult with sobipro regarding on this issue directly.
