1. Migrators if I want to use Migrators to import joomla article. but my article have 2 language , how can I import the second language?

Unfortunately right now our migrators doesn't support multiple languages.

2. Can I have the display like the attachment? that is article display.

Unfortunately you can't achieve the same exact layout out of the box. You need to customize the css in EasyBlog to achieve this.
