Hello team,

I have installed Easyblog 5 today and went straight into the Migrator tool as to import 500+ entries from Zoo Blog.

1) Migrator got stuck at 37 Items and wouldn't go any further
2) I had to halt Migrator, clean the cache and start again
3) Migrator only worked on 37 Items again so I repeated step 2 as many times as needed. Probably a bad idea!
4) After a boring process Migrator had imported the correct ammount of posts but upon looking at the posts I actually had around 16 repeated posts
5) Restored a pre Easyblog backup via Akeeba Backup, cleaned up cache, browser and etc and re installed Easyblog.
6) During the 2nd instalation I noticed that the API Key field already had my key which shouldn't after step 5?
7) After instalation all the Posts imported on the 1st instalation were there. Not sure how Easyblog5 works but if the database has been dumped during backup restore, that makes me think that Stackideas is tracking it?
8) 2nd instaltion did not generate menus + I get errors while trying to delete imported posts; The table 'phi1618_finder_tokens' is full SQL=INSERT INTO `phi1618_finder_tokens` (`term`,`stem`,`common`,`phrase`,`weight`,`context`,`language`) ...

Could you please take a look at this issue?

Thanks,
Andre
Hello Andre,

I am not really sure what you need me to check here but I have installed EasyBlog 5.0.14 which addresses quite a number of issues. Can you let me know if there's anything you need me to check on the site?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for upgrading the component. I have managed to delete all posts so the most urgent issue is solved.

1) Can you read any clues on the following error while trying to delete several posts at once? "The table 'phi1618_finder_tokens' is full SQL=INSERT INTO `phi1618_finder_tokens` (`term`,`stem`,`common`,`phrase`,`weight`,`context`,`language`)..."

Not urgent but good to be assured that there are no databases issues that could cause problems in the future...

Update; I have managed to delete most posts but the ones under "uncategorized" category seem to have

2) Why does the Migrator gets stuck at Item 37 every time? Is this a pre set limitation?

Thanks,
Andre

Hi Andre,

Sorry for late reply to this,
1) Can you read any clues on the following error while trying to delete several posts at once? "The table 'phi1618_finder_tokens' is full SQL=INSERT INTO `phi1618_finder_tokens` (`term`,`stem`,`common`,`phrase`,`weight`,`context`,`language`)..."

It seems like this error is not come from us, By the way, I have try to global search in Google regarding this issues, it seems like your database not enough disk space, perhaps you can consult with your Webhosting provider regarding this issues and try my following suggestion and see how it goes?
#1. May i know what MySQL Engines are you using in your current site?
If you are using MYSQL, can you try increase following setting from your my.cfg file and see how it goes?
max-heap-table-size
tmp-table-size

If you are using "innodb", can you try increase following setting and see how it goes?
innodb_data_file_path = ibdata1:10M:autoextend:max:512M
OR
innodb_data_file_path = ibdata1:10M:autoextend

2) Why does the Migrator gets stuck at Item 37 every time? Is this a pre set limitation?

Can I have your FTP access so we can troubleshoot on this?

Hi Alex,

I have request the suggested modifications and will update you as soon as I hear back from the admin. I have also requested FTP access to the site's directory and will send over as soon as I have it.

Thanks for now,
Andre
