Can you create development site , so we can upgrade on site before going to live.

Thank you for your reply. OK, I will let you know when we upgraded Joomla from 2.5.x to 3.x and when our preprod environment is set up.

By the way, we also have development environment and have technical knowledge of what needs to be done (at least, I think so)

You are using very old version of Payplans that is 2.2.4 . In between 2.2.4 and 3.7 version there are major changes.
If it's possible to send us admin details to us then i'll help you to upgrade if not then let me know so i'll provide you the installer kit for older version.

Joomla 3.9 / php7.0.30 / debian 9
Payplans version: 2.4.4.4015

Payplans extensions are currently all disabled to avoid php errors

Can you help us upgrading payplans? Ideally, I would like to know the steps so that I can follow the procedure for the live version.

I've checked your site you mentioned in your first reply (http://preprodj3.hippo-camp.fr), but it seems payplans not installed on this site. Can you please share me your test site details , so i can check and upgrade then will let you know the steps to upgrade on live site.

Hi Manisha,

WE had to disable all payplans related plugins and components to make the website work.
As soon as we enable payplan system plugin the whole site returns 500 errors.

All login information has been added yesterday in first post.
