Hi there,
The articles I migrated from Joomla into EasyBlog are missing the first photo and the text above the Read More button. Can you help?

Joomla 3.4.3
EasyBlog 5.0.23
Hey Gary,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. How are the images embedded on your articles? As for the text, not really sure what you mean here. Could you provide us with some sample data or examples?

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Examples include these articles/blog entries (to give you a few):
Now Spring Dress - I've included the URL showing how entry should look and a screenshot of the page showing the Read More button
Mood Boards
Pattern Debut - Florence Shirt

In the original Joomla Articles, there is a photograph that I added with the "Insert/Edit Image" button. After that, some normal text. Then I click "Insert Read More" to create a button link that takes the reader to view the full article with more text and images.

After I migrated, all the info that was above the "Insert Read More" button in the original Joomla Article was missing from the EasyBlog entry.

I set up so you can access the site.

Let me know what you see.

hey Gary,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

I still can't access in your Joomla backend May i know is there a way temporary disable this security first? So that we can help you check on this quickly.

Regarding with your second question, I have a little bit lost here, do you mean your site technical support need to join this discussion?

Actually, I'm the tech, but I would like the client to see these as well.

I have turned off the Admin blocking for now. Let me know if you are still having trouble.

Hello Gary,

I've tried to access your backend but failed. It returns me a blank page and also I can't access your FTP.

Connection timed out or server hung up. The server you are connecting to may be configured to limit the number of connections you are allowed to make.

I really don't know why you are having this trouble - can you send me your IPs again?

I'll check to make sure the server isn't blocking you now.

Well, that is a different IP than you provided last time. It was blocked as well - I have unblocked it.

Are you trying to login and it is failing? The server will block you if you try over and over again with the wrong username and password.

I added the FTP login in the Site Details again for you.

Hello Gary,

I am still can't access your site and FTP. However, can you try to replace the attached file in ../administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/migrator/adapters/content.php and remigrate the article again. To remigrate the article, you need to Purge History of the migrated content here: http://screencast.com/t/hihF15xurR . Please try and report back to us.

Well, your IP isn't blocked anywhere - are you trying to SSH in?

I have now whitelisted 175.143.132.9. Is that the correct IP?

Hi Gary,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here in Malaysia.

I am able to access your FTP now but for some reason the provided credentials for your Joomla backend is no longer valid for me. By the way I've checked your /administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/migrator/adapters/content.php via ftp and it seems like you have replaced the file that my colleague Nik provided. May I know if the issue still persist on your site?
