Hi,
I will like to use your component for my next project in Joomla 4, I need to export and import in J!4 a blog that was created in WordPress, what approach do you recommend for this kind of migration?

Thanks for your help,
Lorenzo
Do you mean that you would like to import the WordPress blog post into Easyblog?

If yes, we do have a WordPress migrator in Easyblog, what you need to do is export the blog post as an XML file from WordPress.

But the media file needs to manually port over from WordPress to the Joomla directory folder.

e.g.
Wordpress storage path - wordpress/wp-content/uploads/xxxx
Joomla storage path - joomla/wp-content/uploads/xxxx

Hi,
this is great news, this is exactly what I wanted to hear I will take a closer look at exporting option in WP, I guess there is an option in WP that allows exporting in XML format? I’m not very practical with WP …

Thanks,
Lorenzo

Yes, I think WordPress there should have a feature that allows the user to export as XML format.

For me, I am also not really familiar with WordPress.
