Hi, I was informed by users of the below:

After requested for password reset and upon entered the Verification code, was told "Sorry, this is not the e-mail associated with your account, please try again.". this message is wrong as password reset in the same window function fine.

This could be an error in the info part.

After I set this setting to OFF - caching disabled, I don't this issue anymore on your test site.
