I believe that is not related with the Metaman issue, if you view page source for that page, it will show the correct image file name under this og:image tag, you can check my screenshot here : http://take.ms/0NEtE

But i realised you uploaded that image name contain space which Facebook will treat this as invalid image link, it would be best if you can re-upload again with your correct image name without space.

Regarding with your main issue, even Facebook also unable to crawl your page, that response error return 0 mean Facebook unable to access your page based on that error, you can check my attached screenshot below.
