Hai,

I want to have more control of my meta page titles. Adjust them INDEPENDENT of the title of my posts. How/where can I do that?

Hm, what do you mean by "meta page titles"? You mean the title that appears on the browser when you view a specific blog post? Unfortunately right now you can't really customize this and it's not really advisable to customize this because it's best that your entry page uses the title of your blog post.
